Eligibility Criteria:

• You must provide before and after photos showing the usage results. Photos must be clear and properly dated.
• The product must be used consistently for 3 months, as per our recommended usage instructions.
• Only MomCare Herbal Shampoo must be used to wash the hair along with the oil.
• You must retain and return all empty bottles when claiming a refund.

Proper Usage Instructions:

• MomCare Oil: Apply the oil 3 times a week. Massage gently into the scalp for 5-10 minutes to ensure proper absorption.
• MomCare Herbal Shampoo: Use the shampoo after applying the oil. Wash your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Avoid using any other hair care products during this period.

Refund Process:

• Email your request to caremom143@gmail.com with the subject line: Money-Back Guarantee Claim.
• Attach the following in your email:
  • Before and after photos.
  • Details of your purchase (order number and date).
• Our team will review your claim and respond within 7 working days.

Conditions for Refund:

• If we determine that the product has been properly used but results are not satisfactory, we will process your refund.
• No refund will be given if:
  • The product was not used consistently as per the instructions.
  • Before and after photos are not provided.
  • Any bottles are missing at the time of claim.
